Edited video deliverables created for a client become the client’s property upon full payment being received.
4. Projects & Deliverables
All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before work commences. Any changes requested after approval of the initial brief may be subject to additional charges and revised delivery timelines. LiorVance reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement has been agreed in advance. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all footage, music, and assets you provide to us.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final deliverables will be released upon receipt of full payment. LiorVance reserves the right to suspend or cancel work if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment window. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiorVance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
